Frozen sections should be stored in a sealed container at -80°C for up to two months. Cut frozen sections should be stored at -20°C, and stained frozen sections should be stored at 4°C. It is recommended to use anti-quenching sealing agents for sealing. If not sealed, the preservation time of fluorescence is uncertain and depends on the strength of the fluorescence.
